Sin had searched around for a good place and it was actually Azazael who had pointed her in the right direction. It made her think that sometime She should introduce Toby to the youthful and wild angel, but tonight was for them. She had called Toby the day before and let him know she would be coming for the date he was owed. No hits except to prepare to party all night and tell Dorian he wouldn't be seeing them all night.

Early in the evening Sin showed up in smashing outfit ready to have a night on the town with Toby. Dorian may definitely know she is up to something for the smirking and giggling but she will not bend or break to tell where they are going to.

All night partying is more rare for the vampire these days, but who follows rules set for themselves when on a date for their birthday? As such, without knowing where they're headed, Toby dresses himself in his absolute best. He can definitely party in this, even if he has to ditch the coat later. Besides, Dorian got to see him dressed up for his birthday, now it's Sin's turn.

He's waiting as patiently as he can in the foyer when she arrives. A little pacing and a cigarette are doing wonders to keep him from distracting himself with the new guitar Dorian gifted him (or Dorian himself, really). He waves the manservant off when he comes to answer the door, snuffs out his cigarette, then opens the door with a bright smile. Sin's outfit is incredible, and he quickly breaks out a grin for her.

"Aren't I lucky?" he asks rhetorically. "I seem to have a very good evening ahead of me, if my date's outfit is any indication." Oh this is going to be so good, and they haven't even left yet.

"Oh! Darling." She's excited to see him appear dressed to the nines. Without missing a beat she leans in, hand on one cheek and her lips pressing to the other. "I'm Sin. No evening can be good without me."

Amartolosa stepped back to give him space. "Shall we walk or fly?"

It wasn't a usual option but angel flight gave more time for where they were going, though, walking and talking in the evening had its benefits too.

"Fly?" That's an unexpected offer, but a very tempting one. The only time Toby's flown in the past is when someone's thrown him across a room, so why not try something more pleasant? With a grin, he steps out the door and pulls it closed behind him. "Yeah, let's try a nice flight. Get us to whatever you've got planned a bit sooner."

There will be plenty of time for chatting and flirting and whatever else the evening has in store for them after they get to their date location, so getting their all the faster seems the best way to go.

"They aren't decorations, darling." She teases playfully and full of smiles. "I don't know how flight will affect you, but humans can get cold, sick, or dizzy from flying with us. Take your time when we land."

She stepped back outside because she was not like some of the other angels in the Nexus, he wings and flight may well break things in Dorian's townhouse. Turning she opened her arms to him and her wings to prepare for flying, feathers rustling softly as each one was shook and aligned. "Come hold me. I have a surprise for you."

Of course, he would need to hold on to her in order to fly which was a perfect excuse for a hug as well.

He chuckles at her teasing. "Those aren't usually a problem for me, but I appreciate the warning. I'll hold on extra tight for as long as I need to once we land." Sin is a warm presence on top of everything else she is, so two birds with one flight by sticking close after they land? Toby's here for it, anyway.

With a grin, the vampire steps forward and wraps his arms around her in a firm grip. Yes, this is definitely the way a date for his birthday should be going. "This is an excellent surprise," he confirms with a laugh. "Not every day a man gets treated to something so extraordinary on a date." Well, it could be, honestly, because this is the Nexus and what is the weirdness of life here, but it's not Toby's life, so he's going to lap up all of the excitement and wonder he can today.

"I am the daughter of Lucifer." She giggles until her cheeks almost hurt. "I don't cause usual problems."

It was all in jest and, of course, another supernatural being might be free of the effects or they might be worse. She'd never flown with a vampire before.

"I am the lady of sin." She has barely stopped laughing as her arms come around Toby. Wings open, she sneaks a kiss on his cheek before taking off straight into the air. Humans usually can't see the landscape whirling by but a vampire's sight might be different. The flight only takes seconds before they're landing outside her choosen destination.

"When you're ready, turn around, and see where we're going to spend our evening." She's excited, mischevious and hopes her prodding at Dorian over Toby's likes and her own observations lead to the perfect destination.

Even for Toby's sharp eyes, they fly past a lot in a short time. It all goes by fast enough that he can only somewhat keep up with it. Not quite what he thought flying would be like, but it's a fun ride while it lasts and he's happy to take the excuse of needing a few seconds to adjust to having his feet on the ground again to stick close.

"I trust it's going to be amazing." He grins and kisses Sin on the cheek before slowly releasing his grip so he can turn around. The sight of a... 80's nightclub?!?!? is about as opposite as anything he could have imagined.

"Holy shit." His eyes widen as he looks the place up and down a few more times. "Holy shit!" An excited laugh escapes him as he runs a hand through his hair to settle himself a bit, then he turns back to Sin with the absolute biggest grin he can manage. "This is-- I can't-- Holy shit!"

It may take a few minutes for the vampire to find more words than that, but at least his excitement is obvious! Sin, you've absolutely set up an amazing evening.

It's good to see that Toby hasn't suffered the ill effects that some humans do when traveling.

After those first moments of delighted exclamations she can only laugh at the boyish charms. A hand slipped around his waist she leans in to press their faces close together. "There's a free to play arcade in the basement and before this night we will have a duel on my favorite game."

The happiness is pleasing and more than she had expected, though it seems she has her father's knack for gift giving.
